STAR PRINCESS is the 4yo daughter of Multiple Group One producer CONGRATS from the 5 time winner PRINCESS PEDRILLE a half sister to O’LONHRO.

She was impressive winning her maiden at Sydney Provincial grade over 1200m with a ride that is yet to be replicated and showcases her strengths.

In the win Tommy Berry allowed Star Princess to find her own rhythm after jumping last, and at the 600m asked her to unleash a strong run, giving chase to the leader who was 10 lengths ahead. She ran him down after rounding the turn and was strong to the line even though Wyong favours front runners and she had 57kg’s to his 56kg’s.

First up this prep she carried top weight with 60.5kg’s over 1200m and ran a strong 2nd only beaten 1 Length with the winner having a 5kg advantage.

Put a line through her last run over 1280m where she was ridden towards the speed early but was caught 3 wide without cover for the journey.
