FANCY LEGEND is a well put together Daughter of SO YOU THINK out of the well related Dam MAXIMA, who is half sister to 13 x Winner, including the Group 1 HONG KONG CHAMPIONS MILE, SOUTHERN LEGEND!

Southern Legend has multiple Group and Listed Wins and Placings in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore!

FANCY LEGEND is only having her first racing Prep, and has only had the 6 starts to date.

Last start she ran 2nd at WELLINGTON on Boxing Day, knocking on the door of her maiden win!!

The start prior she ran a handy 4th at Bathurst in a Country Boosted Maiden over 1100ms 18/12, just being pipped for 3rd, and sticking on well after racing up on the speed. Please see the replay attached.

At Narromine 05/12 over 1300m she raced well in running and only capitulated over the concluding stages as she was on the worst part of the track. She finished 5 lengths off the winner ROTHGATE, a handy up and coming 3yo.

In her 3rd last start at Cowra she began awkwardly and raced greenly down the straight as stated in the Stewards Report “Fancy Legend – began awkwardly and was slow into stride. Blundered approaching the 300m and then raced greenly throughout the home straight. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.”

She ran well at Bathurst and Dubbo over 1100m and 1200ms in her 1st and 2nd starts putting in good, genuine runs.

FANCY LEGEND is still a baby, and still learning what it is all about.

Based on what she has shown in her work and runs, she is not far off winning her maiden. Drop her back a grade and you will have a lot of fun with her!

She has no known issues or vices and good to do anything with.
