CALAWAY DANCER is the 4yo Daughter of Group 1 winner CALWAY GAL, an outstanding 2yo who won her first 4 starts by a total of 22.8 lengths as an early 2yo, and after a spell, returned to win the Golden Slipper, defeating quality such as VICTORY VEIN, CHOISIR, BEL ESPRIT, PLANCHET, SNOWLAND and YELL.

Calaway Dancer has put in some good performances in the Sydney Provincials but hasn’t lived up to the expectation of owners.

She does have the ability to win prior to heading to stud, where she looks suited to a precocious Sire who targets the quality that made her dam Calaway Gal the elite 2yo she was, with FLYING ARTIE one Stallion of many who does just that.
