This well put together 3yo Gelding has only had the 4 starts in Victoria and NSW.

EMPIRE CLUB was born in the Northern Hemisphere so is 6 months behind Australian bred 3yos.

He is by Group 1 Winning GB Sire OUTSTRIP (Exceed And Excel) out of a 2 x Winning Sprinting Mare COQUINE.

He ran a good race in Victoria over 950m in his first race start hitting the line strongly on a GOOD4, where he clearly looked more comfortable, being on top of the ground.

He was purchased from the Peter Moody camp after having 3 jump outs.

Peter Moody advised his previous owner to spell him after his last jump out to mature further but the owner decided to sell him. His new owner continued on with his prep and he will obviously take great benefit from a spell.

He really hasn’t had a chance to test himself as he doesn’t look comfortable on the Heavy tracks he has seen in the last 3 starts.

LIVE LIFE LOUD is the 3yo Unraced Daughter of EPAULETTE in training with Mark Newnham at Randwick.

She is out of the Sydney Metro and Provincial winning Sprinting Dam MAGNA AMICA.

She has only had the two trials to date over 1050ms.

Her first trial was on a Heavy 9 at Randwick 04/04 where she was on the worst part of the track and wasn’t pushed too hard.

Her 2nd trial 19/04 showed good competitiveness. She raced on a Slow7, sitting up towards the speed and not being beaten far. The winner of the trial is a nice up and coming Galloper of Peter and Paul Snowdens who has placed 3 of his 6 starts in Sydney Metro and Provincial grade.

Drop this girl back a grade and she has the ability for a very quick return.

He is a horse that has impressed both of his recent Trainers, who advised the owner not to sell, but they did recommend that he be spelled as he has had enough this prep in their opinion.

He has lightened off and will take great benefit from having a break, but he is in full work.

He is good to do everything with, has a great temperament and will make a very nice horse going forward.

RUBY EDITION is a very lightly 4yo Mare that was imported from Great Britain as a weanling. (making her 6 months younger than Australian born 4yos)

She was broken in and educated through the Phillip Stokes racing system with whom she had the majority of her starts with.

She has only had the 10 starts to date, where she has had a WIN, a 2nd and a 3rd.

She WON at Stony Creek over 1600ms first up earlier this year.

She was narrowly beaten at GEELONG, running 2nd over 2470ms where she flashed down the outside. She also ran 3rd at WERRIBEE over 2000ms, going down only 1/2 length.

She is by Group 1 Winner PETHER’S MOON (IRE), a 7 x winner from 1610m to 2424m, out of 5 x Winner ELA D’ARGENT a winner from 1600m to 3300ms!

Ele D’Argent is Half-sister to LISTED, and Group Placed 7 x Winner WINGED D’ARGENT, and Greta d’Argent, the dam of BEAU RECALL, an extremely talented 8 x multiple GROUP winning Galloper.

Ruby Edition had a Trainer change 3 starts back, she hasn’t lived up to her previous form in her recent runs, and the Trainer can’t find any issues with her.

She may be looking for a change of environment, or would appreciate a spell to switch her back on.

This girl has the potential and pedigree to be a quality stayer.

BRAZEN SHOW is a powerfully built filly by Group 1 Winner and Producer BRAZEN BEAU, who based on pedigree alone will make an outstanding Broodmare Sire.

She is out of the Full Sister to multiple Group 1 winner TOORAK TOFF, Toorak Show, who has produced talented Metro Winners UMBERTO and ALPENDURADA and has fillies by G1 Winners THE MISSION and OMAHA BEACH coming through.

She has had two jump outs with Kelly Schweida at Eagle Farm and pulled up 1/5 lame after the 2nd jumpout, with her off front knee being slightly reactive. The stable said x-rays didn’t show any signs of chips.

Brazen Show has obvious potential as a broodmare based on Type and Pedigree and in addition matches very well to a wide variety of exciting Stallion options.

Based on the fact TOORAK TOFF’S dam only had one named mare in Toorak Show, BRAZEN SHOW at this stage is the only other filly available for breeding to this immediate family!
