REGAL RAGE is the 4yo Sydney Metro trained son of multiple G1 winner RELIABLE MAN from OH SO ROYAL a half to multiple Group winner VASHKA.

In his first race start Regal Rage came up against subsequent Group 1 winner Unforgotten over 1500m at Rosehill and showed good speed racing outside the leader and two starts later met the talented Group winner Higher Ground over 1900m.

In his 10 starts he has 3x3rd’s and 3x4th’s racing at Metro and Provincial level however is not living up to owners expectations.

Regal Rage does have good upside if dropped back in grade. His dam was a Sydney Metro winner over 1200m and her half Vashka won at Group level over 1400m & 1500m suggesting he will also be capable winning over shorter distances than he is currently competing.
